Does it show properly when it’s linked like this? (See below)

If the first case, they should be able to verify the mistake and stop blocking you. If the latter, it will be much harder to convince them to unblock your IP; but not entirely impossible.
Slight correction: I was the one who provided the contact link.
If both wikis were founded by you to cover the same thing, then that could’ve been what happened to one of the wikis. Recently, Fandom has been trying to limit the amount of overlapping wikis, therefore, if you want it to be reopened, you’ll have to use S:C to explain to them why the wiki isn’t a duplicate of the original wiki.
The main issue I see is that it’s not columnend
but instead it’s endcolumn
.
Note: This is just speculation:
It could’ve been a copy of this wiki: https://a-dark-place.fandom.com/wiki/A_Dark_Place_Wikia
You could rebuild the wiki on another platform like Miraheze if you want. However, if you still want it to be hosted here on Fandom, you can contact Fandom Staff to ask them to reopen it for you.
That’s something you’ll have to request locally (on the wiki).
Adoption:Requests is meant to gain administrator rights on inactive wikis
Discussions Moderation Requests is meant to gain help from GDMs
The Displaytitle tag wasn’t added automatically when the page was moved, you can find it by opening the source editor.
I don’t see any issue with the encoding of : anywhere.
If it’s a UCP wiki, the community page hasn’t been added yet
If it’s on a current wiki, you can contact Fandom Staff to request the page.
I know that links help, so here’s a link: https://pokemon-fan-game.fandom.com/wiki/Pokémon_MewYou!_
The only problem I see is that the displaytitle isn’t utilized by RecentChanges (I’m not sure if that’s a problem though).
I guess you’re right about Fandom removing displaytitle restrictions.
UCP, yes. Scroll at the bottom of the page to find the displaytitle parser tag.
Are you surprised now Andrew?
This might sound strange, but have you tried installing:
{{DISPLAYTITLE:Pokemon:MewYou!}}on the page?

Uh, Rowan, those all have RecentChanges. There’s no way to remove that special page.
Your answer to #2 seems to explain the issue and therefore, you could use a non-school device.
