This is kind of a convoluted story, but basically I run a few wikis and had an editor start editing on one of the wikis randomly. She kept making weird edits and got temp banned at one point. No big deal on my part as I have clear rules and was able to deal with it. She hasn't done anything too crazy since and her massive edits have slowed which is fine by me. However, after her temp ban expired, she somehow gained ownership to another existing wiki. I don't edit on this wiki, but I browse it from time to time and I am concerned about her having such extreme power.
Firstly, there are no other active editors on the wiki so she has no one controlling her edits or even monitoring them. And no one to even bounce ideas off of.
Second, she's already mass deleted large amounts of content on the wiki and replaced it with new info that seems to be completely unsourced.
Third. She's also disabled all comments, and banned a random editor simply because they made one edit she didn't like. They asked politely what they had done wrong, and she basically said "you're wrong blocked."
Again, it's not my wiki. I don't edit there really. But I like the wiki and I'm worried about what she will do, and has already done, to it. She has shown on my wiki she doesn't care for rules, and that she doesn't listen to anyone who doesn't believe the exact same thing she does. Even on my wiki when presented with sources that showed her claims were partially inaccurate, she ignored them and resorted to insults or ignoring them completely.
So basically, is there anything that can be done about that? I have plenty of receipts on her behavior on my wiki I can provide, as well as public things she's done on the wiki she now owns. I don't necessarily think she should be banned, she does do good editing work when she's not getting irrationally angry at everyone and ignoring their criticisms, but she definitely shouldn't be able to control an entire wiki like that. She's not proved herself to be a good fit and she's deleting large amounts of carefully made content created over a long period of time and stifling everyone else from editing by blocking or rolling back most edits other than her own.
I have a feeling the answer will be there's nothing that can be done, but I thought I'd at least ask.
