I stumbled upon a user's profile (I will link it or take a screenshot if it's deemed necessary) and wondered if what their bio says can be considered as inapropriate for FANDOM. It reads: 'Whoever seriously took the time to read this, just kys please'. I'm unsure if this is okay because it isn't aimed at anyone in particular, but it is sort of aimed at everyone who reads the bio. What is your esteem, is this something I should report to FANDOM, or my view of it is exaggerated? Thanks.

If you're sure it was a content mod with no other rights, it must have been an exception made for the wiki in question. Maybe it has particularly bad problems with vandalizing content or something such, so it needs more people to block vandals...that'd be my guess.
No, it usually isn't among their abilities. Possibly, there are wikis where this is an exception, like I've heard of Discussion mods, but they shouldn't be able to normally.
If I may add onto the whole thing:
Autoconfirmed means the account is at least four days old. Emailconfirmed means that the user has confirmed their email. Some wikis require the former in order to comment on pages, edit, and/or post in Discussions. And I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) all wikis now require the latter to comment on pages, not sure if all need it for the other two actions, but at least some do.

I agree, if not with every detail, than with the essence. This point was already made to the user with the bio by another one, and they basically said it isn't their problem. I...really don't have a good opinion on that response.
You can request it from FANDOM staff, but I think you'd need a really good reason; they usually do that if the wiki breaks Terms of Use or is inactive for a very long time. Ah, I said I didn't know about mobile because I don't know where the Guidelines are located in Mobile view, so I wouldn't know how to explain to OP where to look for them.

I am on PC, I don't know if it's different on mobile, but if it is and that's what you're using, I guess switch to Desktop view for this to work:
On the Discussions page, on the left, there's Feed moderation. Click the Guidelines option, and then Edit at its bottom.

Yes, it is the user in question.
FANDOM apparently removed their bio, and didn't ban them, so I suppose that means it is indeed not bannable (at least not if they don't insist), but also not allowed to keep being there. That would be my opinion too, agreeing with Papyrus. By 'reportable' I didn't necessarily mean bannable, but also removable, as it turned out to be.
I see they commented the message they got related to it, to which my response would be that the issue is their bio broke FANDOM's Terms of Use, rather than personal opinions of it. If necessary, I will transfer that point there instead, so as not to drag it on here. Thanks everyone.

Okay, thanks for your input. I'm hesitant to do that because I don't know the user, I only noticed the bio. Still, it's useful to hear someone else's thoughts. I also think it shouldn't say it, but since neither of us is very sure, I guess I won't act on it as of now.
