Update: fandom featured videos have been added to the Annoyances filter in uBlock Origin. All you have to do is enable the filter in settings.

Fandom is obviously taking the same bet as tumblr.

It looks like the adblock filter doesn't block additional requests made by the hidden jwplayer. I suggest blocking the jw domains on fandom too.

<p>This may be an old thread but it is still relevant. Many people are blocking ads because these videos play automatically. Fandom is hurting themselves. </p>
