@Whops6 basically means that when making links in source using [[ , It will try to display the links going up or down better. instead of just prioritizing top over bottom (because sometimes the link dropdown get stuck under the editor top bar)

Mostly the border, does it also include the top square box?
And text incase if the border part is dark colored (so like white text and very dark blue or black text and maroon)

Wiki Manager cannot be given normally. Administrator and Bureaucrat are the closest things you can use.

Admin Dashboard > User Rights > Type User > Choose Administrator
Bureaucrat is like the same thing as admin but I think overrides everything

Sometimes you want to show people how active your wiki can become. but I want to put the recent changes box on the sidebar on the front page of a wiki
