Hello, I have a question regarding content pages. Content pages are pages the appear in the "recent wiki activity" sidebar, count towards the page total, etc. Mainspace pages are content pages, but templates are not, for example. Anyways, I have two custom namespaces on a wiki of mine and am wondering: is it possible to have pages under these custom namespaces not count as content pages?

@HumansCanWinElves No, Fandom cannot do so. I contacted them recently and Kuzenkov Yury replied and said, "No, we can't add the custom namespaces which not count as content pages."

Talk pages are bad in my opinion, they're so sloppy and you can edit others' messages.
Legacy is an old version of Fandom that is still used on some wikis, while UCP (unified community platform) is the current (extremely buggy) version that all wikis will eventually be moved to.
Jmooroof is talking about CSS; W3Schools is a great resource for learning CSS, I highly recommend it.
Actually, this feature was just removed in UCP. It was in legacy though, but wasn't used much. It probably won't be returning as Discord works much better and is more preferred.
Basically, you're requesting a feature that was just removed from Fandom.
Hello, a few weeks ago, I made a discussions post ranting over the UCP source editor. Well, now I have discovered the 2010 source editor and it is amazing. It solves many of my problems and makes editing much nicer: not as buggy, no lag, edit summary autofills... I recommend trying out the 2010 source editor sometime, and if you do, enable the setting that prevents the page from reloading when previewing. Thanks to those who left comments on my rant, some of those were quite helpful.

Ah, I have more experience with the 2017 UCP editor. I have used the 2010 editor as well but I don't prefer it as much.
Everything about the UCP editor is bad. This might just be my opinion, but let me list why I hate the UCP editor so much and prefer the legacy editor. Let me mention before-hand that I use source editor and much prefer it over visual editor.
In the legacy editor:
Can add extra goodies such as find and replace (built-in on UCP) and edit summary dropdowns
Edit summary allows autofill, making typing in a summary such as "Marking for deletion" easier than having to type in the whole thing
Can add custom toolbar icons, which are Fandom-wide
Can customize the wikitext markup pop up
Everything is compact but not too compact
Edit summary is to the side, allowing for a larger editor
Categories can be added in the sidebar, not requiring manual links
Preview doesn't lag, displays galleries correctly, doesn't crash, and allows previewing of multiple devices (mobile preview could've been improved)
Editor doesn't lag and isn't buggy
Link suggest can be closed with the escape key if it bugs; on legacy, it is impossible to resolve this issue as far as I've noticed
There are links to the page you're editing and the wiki above the editor (trust me, they are very nice to have)
Message wall is MediaWiki + HTML-based
I have tried to decrease the editor font size on UCP to no success. UCP editor isn't exactly text-based; perhaps that's a bad way to put it, but it's complicated to describe. You'll probably notice it a lot when the text gets out of line. The only good thing that has come out of UCP, in my opinion, is the new system for comments. Users are able to upload their fanart without having them uploaded to the wiki's files.

Okay, update: the number displayed seems to be the number of unread notifications +1. So, it will display 1 when I have no unread notifications.
Hello, I'm having issues with a certain notification from a wiki that I have not done anything on (same wiki as a post of mine from a while ago). An announcement was posted on the wiki, and no matter how many times I press "MARK ALL AS READ", the announcement is still marked as unread, and the bell icon has a 1 icon over it. Does anyone know why this is, and if I can fix it?
