I understand completely about the pinging other people, I feel it completely unnecessary as well.

And yes, I would make a well-written post. I have had to write to some other related Wikis about Partnerships, of which all but one have gladly agreed to. But I digress.

Can I Have Permission For Something? - Administration Requests

Hi, to the staffing here, I wanted to ask about something...

I founded a Wiki some months back, and we’re doing alright for being mostly unknown, and I have some people (who I made Admins) helping. The problem is, some of them can’t always work on it with me, because they have other Wikis to be on. And I don’t want to ask them to help, because I don’t want to be seen as rude.

What I wanted to ask, is if I could make a thread here, seeing if anyone would be interested in helping out there, and becoming staff? I need some people that are good with Wiki-design, and others who are not mobile-restricted, as I myself am.

But, I wanted to ask first, before I did anything. Anyhow, thanks in advance!

Urgent Need, Please Help. - harassing user

I’m a Bureaucrat from the Jurassic Park Wiki, and I need some help. There is a user I have been dealing with who is extremely problematic; I suspect they have mental issues. They spammed our Wiki heavily, then created a sham Wiki where they’re constantly using the “@“ feature to notify/bother users. Can the Staff here please globally ban him? All the users are being very much annoyed.

No, it’s not that. The Jurassic Park Wiki has a very talkative community, and I thought a live chat would be very popular among them.

Sorry if I seem ignorant, but I noticed that the Live Chat feature on my wiki (The Jurassic Park Wiki) is now gone, or perhaps I can’t find it. Any help?

Yes, anyone under 13 is not supposed to be there. However, in Europe it’s 16 and older.
