Preventing people from editing just a few pages? You can protect those pages.
Preventing people from editing all pages/the wiki? Then Fandom is not the platform for you to do that.
As far as I know, changing your Fandom password on one device will automatically log out all other devices that have your account logged in. So the other devices will be signed out and only your main one will remained logged in.
It's possible that you might have bonus tasks completed more than once. Every time a bonus task is completed, the percentage of completion adds up. So even if you, let's say, completed the task of "add 5 more pages", you can repeat this task again and it will still adds towards your completion percentage.
Yes you'll have to create an article. The internal wiki search bar displays all existing pages in the wiki. So unless you create (or someone create) an article with that name, the wiki search bar couldn't find a page with that name.
Also, a reply to your OP is to click the "add" button on the top right to create a new page.
No, polls are not available in UCP.
Looks like both WHAM and Nuke are compatible in UCP.
You might have other imports that are currently non-compatible with the UCP. View this page to see which imports are compatible with UCP and either remove the non-compatible imports or place them below the compatible imports.
That means that your account is not blocked, but your IP address is, which also prevents you from editing the wiki. An admin must've blocked a user that shares the same IP address as you do and enabled autoblock (which lasts only for 24 hours), or the admin manually blocked the IP address, which you are using right now. In this case, contact your local admin about this (at this wiki, since you're blocked on that wiki), and if you can, provide the block ID (which can be found by editing the page in source mode) to your local admin as well.
Just to clarify, a user is allowed to have more than one account on Fandom as long as they follow Fandom's ToU. Such common reasons are: bot account, transferring to another account, testing, etc. Circumventing bans, impersonation, or any actions against the ToU are not allowed.
Just a few notes:
Disabling article comment via Admin Dashboard will only hide article comments, but not delete them. Re-enable it back, and those comments will display again.
Users are still able to comment on the article talk page if article comments are disabled.
If you would like to disable comments on just a few pages, you can click the edit button on those pages and uncheck "commenting".
If you wanted to delete article comments, you have to delete them manually. But again, disabling may be a better option as it would save time (especially with lots of comments).
You need to import InputUsername to your wiki ImportJS page. Then create a template called Template:USERNAME and paste
<span class="InputUsername">{{{1|}}}</span>
On that template page. And it works with both legacy wikis and UCP wikis.
Then {{USERNAME}} can be used in a page.
Check out Help:Navigation.
In a discussion page, you'll see a "Category" dropdown. Hover your mouse over there, and you'll see "Edit categories". That's where you can add categories for a specific topic.
For help on template, view the help page.
Another way to determine whether the wiki is legacy or UCP is by looking at the MediaWiki version the wiki is running on in Special:Version . The former is 1.19.24 while the latter is 1.33.3
To enable the Achievements extension, you must contact Fandom Staff.
Yep, as mentioned, it's possible that you had upvoted a post in Discussions within the past 90 days. You can use AnnouncementsIgnore to mark announcements automatically read. Just don't upvote/post or edit in the wiki and you will no longer receive announcements from the wiki after 90 days.

Looking at your contribs on this wiki, it doesn't look like you've messaged him. If you tried to message him on the Pooh's Adventures Wiki, that's not possible due to your block.
You can contact him through his CC message wall to appeal your block.
