A wiki made just for fun without a clear subject/topic may not be suitable. Besides that if someone is harassing you contact Fandom here:

Keep in mind to use links not screenshots as evidence of the issue.
Note, if you are talking about the dropdown that says "Explore" that can't be edited. You will need to put what you want in a new dropdown or an existing one.
In the search bar of the wiki type in MediaWiki:Wiki-navigation. When you go to edit, it will be at the end. For more info:

If you were a bureaucrat you could have just unblocked yourself.
As for the reason that person demoted you, again it sounds like an issue you can contact Fandom about using the link I provided.
Were you just an admin? If the other person was a bureaucrat then yes that person had the ability to demote you. If you were also a bureaucrat you could have just added your rights back if Im not mistaken.
There is no owner of a wiki other than fandom, perhaps you were the creator or founder of the wiki. Sounds like you have an issue with another user to which I suggest sending a ticket to Fandom. Remember to use links not screenshots:
There is no owner of a wiki other than Fandom. Perhaps you are the founder or creator of the wiki which you can put in along with saying that you are available should anyone have any questions related to the wiki.
Only that user themselves can contact Fandom regarding this as Fandom will only discuss it with that specific user. That user can contact Fandom here:

Looking at one of the edits, the user edited the main page of the wiki, vandalizing it which was removed already. I would suggest locking the Main page as that should only be edited by wiki staff, like admins, bureaucrats etc. specifically for that reason of vandalism.
To clarify, there is no owner of a wiki other than Fandom. Perhaps you are the founder or creator of the wiki.
You've mentioned editing on that wiki here multiple times. Again, go there and talk to an admin about it.
There is already a post about this not too long ago.
The admin needs to be inactive for at least 60 days. Besides that there are other requirements of you or the other user before admin rights can be given. For more read:
No one owns a wiki other than Fandom. But admins can leave and promote others as admins. To do so at least one of the admins needs to be a bureaucrat as well. The bureaucrat can then give admin and or bureaucrat rights to other users.
The reason is clearly stated in the screenshot, Cross wiki drama. So as you have been told each time you have posted here about being blocked somewhere, contact Fandom if you feel the block is unfair.

If you would like a wiki closed send a ticket to Fandom with reasons why you want it closed:

In the search bar type Special:UserActivity
Send these, probably better separately to Fandom:
