I used an Image (png) file and It works fine for a static. I don't know a reliable way to make anis though.

So basically not really? Just wanted to know, I made gif cursors before knowing and wanted to use them at least. I'll still try to figure out how to try an ani file.

Animated Custom Cursor

Can they be used somehow? I tried using a gif—with an external link If that matters, so not an uploaded file on the Wiki—and It didn't animate. I know that cur files can be used though, but I don't know If ani files can be used and If they can, how.
