What device are you using?
On your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen, go to My Preferences, and on the first tapper that says User Profile, scroll down to where your email is and you can change your email there.
I believe it's because Content Moderators do not have any moderatoring rights on Discussions, so there's no point for them to have the grey circle because they can't even do anything.
Hey, you can install https://dev.fandom.com/wiki/WHAM and it'll take care of everything. This is probably the most useful thing a moderator can have.
Theoretically, anybody, especially children under the age of 13, could always view the content of any wiki, they just can't contribute to anything until they have reached the required minimum age.
You still need to contact Fandom Staff to have them ban the sock account.

No, you don't. I don't have my phone number on my account and I didn't have to provide it in order to join, unless they've since changed that after I joined.

We do not need this. The only purpose for that Discord tag is for verification reasons to join the official Fandom/Gamepedia Discord server. That is all.
