Need CSS help, portable infobox theme looks weird in Mobile view, how to fix? Mostly I just want to fix the headers/titles.

Thank you! Yeah, it is a crazy template, but it became really popular after I extended the fields to support Sim family trees sizes and images. But I got a complaint about the issue, and I just left it originally cause I hadn't the foggiest and didn't think it be too much of an issue.
I only imported (templates wiki) and tweaked from another wiki's version of this template (I think based on the harry potter wiki family tree version of familytree), so when this issue came up I am completely lost. This template, I am not savvy with, and so any wordy explanations will be lost on me. Does anyone know the html to solve this issue?

Either the tabber or infobox doesn't play well this the template, and wondering if that could be fixed.

Crop-clip the image with css so the cell can readjust to the new crop size, instead of having to crop the image in a program and reupload.
Crop-clip works in a similar situation/template css (or else that right hand template would have lots of negative space). But I didn't know how to replicate in the new table.

I have already tried both and both have the same results, that was why I was so confused.

Ok, now that it is cropped the cell is remaining the same size as if it wasn't cropped, I am not sure how to fix that I have overflow hidden.
Ok yeah it was .icon img scale just moved to the .icon did it. I based this from another templatestyle what worked, I guess this one was easier and didn't need the two.
I will make a unique name this is a test.
Well I need it to work in that table,, getting it to work outside simplified isn't going to help me.

I am trying to zoom and crop in game resource files so they do not have to be manually cropped and reuploaded.
Edit: so the issue now is the cropped away portion is still taking space in the cell, even with overflow hidden or overflow clip.
Is there no way to fix it, besides by meh workaround?

I think just friend, not sure if love goes into the red or not. Friend/enemy will be redundant if + is green/friend/positive and - red/enemy/negative. So the default could be the green/red.
Basically, what was a green bar fill, on negative would be the same value but red. If that makes more sense.
I found a work around, I had to add a <br> to the cell of the template. But the table at the bottom of my sandbox, that frying pan icon was almost as it it was valigned-top and I couldn't get it to go middle like the rest of the cells, until I added the <br> to the cell of the template.
This wiki always has done that, I am having trouble getting any changes that are to locked pages (which are all/most infboxes) or require admin css editing, my template/infobox is just conforming to "their" current standing infoboxes or more metabox table styles. I am already moving for lots of changes on this wiki, and they are pushing back, but I doubt you want my life story.
Is there a way to have if so if a negative value is entered the background bar goes red and fills?
