Does anyone know some code to disable a specific users message wall (disable meaning make it so no-one can send them a message.
Help? I accidentally reported a message for no reason, is there any way to change it to unreport?
For whatever reason message wall greetings are disabled now? They aren't actually on any wikis, is there a way I can re-enable them on my wiki?
Why is that?
On my wiki I would/need to message someone a first warning for not following the policy. By searching through older posts it looks like there is no way to direct message or post a private message on someone's wall. I'd rather not put it publicly on the message wall.
Thanks in advance!
The Admin/Bureaucrat of another Wiki and I are talking about merging our wikis.
I want to know can we merge Message Walls? I don't see anything about it in this
I want to see deleted messages from another user in their message wall but I don't know how to do it, not even sure if it's possible.
So what happens to Talk pages after the transition? Can they still be viewed? Are they archived in any way or not at all?
Hi, on the Rise of the Elemental Sprites Wiki, it seems that the Message Walls are red links and displaying as non existing pages on user profiles, but when I click on it, it goes to the page. It does this for all users; I don't know what happened. However, it shows correctly in preview and in the visual editor like this:
But when I save, it shows up as this:
Here's a link to my profile:

Is there something I did wrong?
The UCP platform allows any user to delete threads from their own message walls, regardless of whether they're an admin or not. Unfortunately, I've noticed that there are many users who have been attempting to whitewash their reputation by deleting messages containing warnings from admins. Is there a way to make it so that only admins can delete messages?
Whenever I or someone else leaves a message on my message wall it is anonymous (as in, it says "A Fandom user" like it would if you weren't logged in) even though I, and the other people, are definitely logged in when we made the message.
I don't think this is caused by the UCP transfer (because that happened in late August for me and this issue started in late September or early October). From what I've seem this only seems to be an issue on my message wall. Is this some setting that I don't remember changing?
Hi, it's MakesTheWikiBetter, and I want to know how to display the “Edit Greeting” button so they can be shown on other users' Message Walls. Is there any way of how to do this?
Hey all, hope you can help. I admin the Hitchhikers Wiki and have a contributor on the Wiki who I need to talk to about following the Manual of Style.
I've never had an issue messaging them before, or anyone else, but I've tried three times to post on their message wall, and twice to leave replies to previous posts on their message wall, but none of them post. I've logged in and out, made sure I'm logged in, but every time I post the message I want to send and see it go but then there's nothing there on the wall, my post is not in the activity either. It just disappears.
Is it possible they blocked me somehow? Or perhaps it is just a glitch. I have no issues with other message walls, so I'm not sure what's happening.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, or if anyone knows what has happened. Not sure how else to contact them as it's not definite they will see any blog posts I make, and I would like to contact them about this soon as they keep making edits which need to be reverted as they go against the MoS, and don't want them to continue wasting their time doing these edits.
