I have completed all 3 quizzes and passed them. I haven’t recieved an email yet confirming anything. And I’m completely unsure on if i have to fill out the Application or if someone has to do it for me?

Hi, i just see on a wiki an information box really cool and want to do the same but i don't know how hehe. In the info box, i can wrote a lot of informations about object but the really specific things is that when i click on a rarity, the back ground of the object change to match the rarity. I already have the image of the object and background rarity images ready, just need to know how to do this.
Something like that:
Idk why i can't add more image so i will add them in reply to this post
Thanks
Is it possible to hide the "Recent Images" rail from showing up on the right-hand side of the page? This one:
I ask, only because some of the images that get uploaded to the site are not things everybody wants to see. Either because they contain blatant spoilers for different series, or because they are more graphic in content. On the articles that use these types of images we have a SPOILER and CONTENT WARNING notices at the top of the page saying "hey this contains spoilers for X" or "hey this contains violence" scroll away if you don't want to see them.
But there's nothing I can do if they just show up there anyways. The feature doesn't even use images posted in custom namespaces either, only main, so it's not even fully functional. Is there any way to change this? Hopefully, it's not something against the customization policy.
I was wondering what the recommended upper limit for the size of an article should be. I recently took over admin work for a wiki and one of the pages there is currently sitting at 205,492 bytes... and it's extremely hard to open without freezing. So I want to know how many subpages I should break this down into to make sure it loads properly. Would making two pages of 100 KB be fine, or should I go with three pages of 70, etc?
This is a list-based article so I will eventually be splitting it into far more than just the main list when I have the time, so this is just a temporary fix for a bloated article so I want to know what I should aim for.

Okay, so I want to create this sort of header divider for my new Wiki community I made for this horro-survival game called FOBIA: St. Dinfna Hotel.
What I have now is this:
<div
style="
text-align:center;
height: 50px;
border: 2px outset white;"
>
{{{1|Example text}}}</div>
It served me for now, but I find it kinda ugly so what I hope to do is to add a background image inside this div.
What I want to do is use this transparent image
And make it the background of this Div and have a text centered on it. I would like to use this as a fancy divider for my main page.
But I don't know how the background image attribute works. Whenever I try to do it, it dosen't show. Does anyone know how?
The users are saying there are not enough admins on there are only 2 and they need more
Wiki staff needed I'm gonna find the best I can so pls join the stuuff wiki!!!
(ima test u guys)
I see some big wikis that have a rail module to bring up Recent Images, but there are also some other big wikis that don't have Recent Images. how do you make Recent Images appear on the right side of the page (rail)? is there a certain requirement to be able to show it?
edit: I didn't mean using the NewImages module.
How can wikis be changed so that their old blog posts can no longer receive comments?
Written about...i would like to re start the new page and delete the old article.
Please help, I was told that only the ADMINISTRATORS can do this.,.i just want the article to be deleted...the rest about General Joao de Almeida Bruno, the marriages to his two wives are correct..1.2.3.4. and all is officially well done...but the article needs to be deleted..can any of the administrators help me doing this,
Say I want some ornamentation or decoration on my infobox. I upload an image which is designed to be positioned outside of the infobox, but flush with its edge.
However, when I add the image under the infobox on its template, a line break creates some unwanted space between the edge of the infobox and the ornamentation.
I'm sure I'll need to mess around with the css, but I'm not the best at this.
https://arachnophobia.fandom.com/wiki/Template:Sidebar/character here is the infobox and ornamentation at issue - the ornamentation involves spiders, so if you have arachnophobia, you may want to stay away.

So, I guess a long time ago, somebody set a category of this section for achievements to be "Videos Without Gore Edit Track", which is a category that doesn't include many pages.
I would like to change it to just "Episodes Edit Track" category, but I can't find a way how to. And yes, I am an admin of the wiki where I want make that change to.
I'm unable to post or comment on fandom app
I'm desperate, I manage a community of geopolitical simulations made up of more than one hundred people and after an initial closure due to alleged published data (only the city of some players) and being in order, after months when we need to update our wiki we have it 'they closed again for not having specified the topic despite having said so in a complaint message but still insist that we should rather continue to contribute to Fandom by editing a wiki of historical alternative stories, which have absolutely nothing to do with our work.
When I clicked polls and made a poll, well before I completely made it it said polls not allowed, why?
Can anyone help me figure out why this JS code doesn't work? Note: I am on desktop, I know this won't work on phone.
Here is the page from where I copied the code: https://dev.fandom.com/wiki/SpoilerAlert
Here is what I pasted to MediaWiki:Common.js (and it has been approved):
/* Spoilers */
dev:SpoilerAlert/code.js
window.SpoilerAlertJS = {
question: 'This area contains spoilers. Are you sure you want to read it?',
yes: 'Yes',
no: 'No',
fadeDelay: 1600
};
Here is the source code, that is supposed to make it so that a part of the page is covered with a dialog to prevent spoilers.
<div id="SpoilerAlert">*''"I'm going to add a spoiler script soon, so don't edit this part in the meanwhile." - Zrenjaninac''</div>
But in reality, this didn't do anything, even though my JS was approved.

I recently got back to editing, and I wanted to reuse old css code that used to work 4 years ago, but it doesn't anymore. I was wondering if it is still possible to stylize comments, like adding a picture and a background color. This is a photo from a wayback machine that captured roughly how my comments used to look like 4 years ago:
This css code used to work, but it doesn't do the trick anymore:
.comments li[data-user="Zrenjaninac"] > blockquote {color:black !important; background: #FFFF00
url("https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/happytreefriends/images/9/98/Zrenjaninac_Comment_Bubble_Z.png/revision/latest?cb=20170402155338") bottom right 50px no-repeat !important;}
.comments li[data-user="Zrenjaninac"] > blockquote:after {border-color: transparent black black transparent !important;}
.comments li[data-user="Zrenjaninac"] > blockquote div {background: transparent !important;}
.comments li[data-user="Zrenjaninac"] > blockquote {color:black important;}
.comments li[data-user="Zrenjaninac"] > blockquote {border: 2px solid black !important;}
