How do I get the User Profile Navigation Link to change the text color when I hover over the box?

Using the ImprovedUserpages.css, I edited some of its coding for my wiki's Common.css. However, I have come across an issue regarding the user profile navigation link. When I hover over the box, the text doesn't change. The text will only change when I hover over the text itself.

What changes would I have to make to the coding in order for the text to change when I hover over the box? Furthermore, if it's possible, how could I make it so that the Fandom icons also change color and gain a shadow while hovering over the box?

DId you check their Common.css? I believe that may have the code to having a glowing button. You can also ask the admin who last edited the CSS.

I'm the person who created the Roblox BEAR Wiki. I went on to edit the ImprovedUserpages.css to match my wiki's tabbers and infobox tabbers. But unlike those tabbers that have the text change when hovering over the box, the user profile navigation link doesn't do that, as detailed in the original post.

For the ImprovedUserpages.css, I was unable to find any way to make it so that the user profile navigation link's text is highlighted when hovering over the box while trying out its code.

What do you think?
