Just contact andom and they will Perma BANNED them I got harassed by some guy and they did it across the entire fandom network and they were somehow finding me on all the wikis I was on they were a very creepy stalker that would ban evade but thankfully a staff member got them IP banned

The guy we're talking about has 200+ accounts and uses a vpn, so IP and global blocks don't do much to deter him. He's been doing this for years.

He's called DOAWK for short. IP bans technically work since he can't use blocked IPs, but he can use other Ips so it doesn't stop him that much.
