What do I do if someone says that they will kill/harm themself? Today I had someone tell me that they were gonna kill themself so I just reported them to support and deleted the reply because I didn't know what else to do.
By the looks of what I'm seeing on the other wiki, you did everything right. A 1-week block and a report to customer support I think were both good decisions.
