I just want to add, a Wiki can only be re-opened if it was closed at least 60 days ago, any Wikis which are over 60 days of deletion are impossible to recover. If the Wiki falls within the 60 day window, staff can re-open it if they deem a good reason to, however if they don’t deem a good reason to re-open it you can get the text content (not posts, videos or images though) back by form of requesting a Database Dump of the Wiki which you should be given by Fandom Support staff in the form of a downloadable XML File.
