I think itse because ur not autoconfirmed yet. Some wikis doesnt allow accounts younger than 4 days to post on discussions. Not sure though. And you will autoconfirmed in 4 days

They have over 300 posts on that wiki so autoconfirm isn't the issue.

One of the admins confirmed that there isn't a filter that prevents spamming either.

You might be triggering a different filter though.

I seen some users having this issue on the french CC. This is maybe because your IP address is blocked by someone.
