Allow upvoting on articles, and downvoting on posts and comments, that why we know more about each other whether on if we like something, or dislike something without having to comment our opinion.
Articles aren't posts, and Fandom isn't social media. If you like an article, it takes <10 seconds to leave a short comment (if enabled) that you find it useful, and even though 10 seconds is a lot longer than 1, a difference of 9 seconds at most is extremely negligible.
Fandom is a wiki farm. Content will always come before the discussion aspect. If it was a social media platform, chat wikis wouldn't violate the Community Creation Policy.
