I did try waiting but it still says the same thing, even when I’m not upvoting too much

It doesn't look like you're blocked on that wiki, so I'm not sure why that would be happening. Could it be an issue with your internet connection? Or is it possible that the post got deleted as you were trying to upvote it?

I’ve check my internet and it’s fine and the posts I try to upvote are still there and you’re right about me not being blocked so I’m not sure why this just keeps happening

You could try and contact any local admins on that Wiki to see if they have any insight about the situation and / or if they have heard of any other users on that Wiki who are experiencing the exact same issue or similar ones. If the local admins of that Wiki don’t respond to you or alternatively if they cannot help then I think the best thing to do would be for you to contact Fandom Support about this quite frankly peculiar situation that you are currently experiencing.
