Hey Staffs, so there's this user called "MonkeMonke2013" who's been acting super annoying. He's been sending spam, and hate speech, which is NOT okay, and apparently, they're underage too, and I don't forget he said he was a 5th grader and an 11 Years old and thats make's him an underrage.
I can't report this kid to the soap because if I try to submit a one report it nothings
