Now I want to edit the above line to my wikia language. So where can I edit it?

Ok I don't know your language but for me I don't see meet your problem with you image.

This is displayed in the language you have set in your preferences under "User profile" here:

If you change this to Vietnamese, it will display it like this:

So this (and other translated wiki things) are displayed differently depending on the user's individual settings.
