Sounds like you've bypassed the cache, have you cleared it yet? Sometimes that fixes all kinds of issues.

Have you tried making a class for your custom tabs instead? That should fix your issue. It will also simplify your template.

To be honest, this is a very convoluted and overly cluttered template that could be greatly optimized.

I personally would probably rewrite it from scratch, but I think you should at least get rid of all the 16 times repeated exact same codes, remove the tables inside the divs that really don't make any sense, or stuff like this: "<span style="display:none"> • </span>" which is not displayed so why is it even in there?

Remove all that clutter, move all the inline css to your Common.css, and you'll have a much cleaner and simpler template.

You can actually copy/paste this and replace your full template code with it and it will look and work exactly the same after you added the CSS to your Common.css.
