So I notice that pretty much every wiki has something against "Necroposting". So my question is why does Fandom have something against Necrosting?

Is Necroposting (replying to a "dead" post) like the Fandom version of taking out and Ouija Board and speaking to the literal dead, or something else?

(Technically speaking there is no such thing as a living post because posts don't breathe or think or other things that living things do. Well not living in the literal since that is.)

Also should I even be asking this?
