Have you looked at Help:Infoboxes/CSS already?

Sections "Main classes" and "Helper classes" contain the css classes you need to make these changes.

To address each character separately, look into "theme-source" on the same article.

You will have to create rules for each of your characters i.e. all the colors used.

Also consider that every wiki has a dark and a light theme. If you change a background color, you may have to change the text color as well to work on both themes, or define different background colors depending on the theme.

To change the text font, either choose another one from the selection in the ThemeDesigner, or add a webfont.

Ummm, I'll come back to the color changes cause I'm still confused, but for the font, I put this into the Common.css using google fonts and it still doesn't work.

I tried it there, I deleted it because I kept getting error messages
