You can’t find them anywhere unless you make a Wiki Rules page. A local Wiki Rules page isn’t something that comes alongside the Wiki when you create it as Fandom Staff only began wanting communities to have a Wiki Rules & Blocking Policy just over 3 years ago back in 2021, as such it is something that the founder has to create for themselves (on Wikis without rules where the founder is inactive it’s the responsibility of the admins who the founder promoted to create a Wiki Rules page for the benefit of both the Wiki and any active members of its community).
