I am drafting a main page redesign on the Chappell Roan Wiki, but I need help with two things.

Text alignment?:

How do I make it so these are aligned? I like where the section that says "Rules" is but how do I make it so "New Releases" is at the same level?

Even spacing?:

How can I make it so these are the same amount of space apart? I like the amount of space that it is horizontally (green line), but how do I replicate it on the vertical side (red line)?
