How to find posts that tag a specific article?

I need help finding posts in the discussion section of a wiki that have an article tagged. Please help, thanks.

Does the help page Help:Discussions answer your question somewhere? (specifically in the “Article tags” section.)

If you can find 1 post with that tag, then simply click on the tag. That will list posts with the same tag.

I know but it's hard to find posts that tag the article I'm looking for
