You have to contact Fandom and ask them to enable the Achievements feature (which also includes a leaderboard). However, aspects of the feature are broken. Here are links to comments that give advice on how to fix parts of the feature.

If you want to make your leaderboard look fancy, you can add ModernLeaderboard to the wiki’s MediaWiki:ImportJS.

If you just want a leaderboard but not achievements, you can add EditLeaderboard to the wiki’s MediaWiki:ImportJS.

@No0n4m3S i tried the no achievements but it didnt work, i put the editleaderboard on importJS in edit mode and nothing happend.

Did you look at the Special:Leaderboard page after that?

Yeah and it said the page does not exist

Refresh the page and it should appear

Still nothing

And you put dev:EditLeaderboard.js into ImportJS?
