Whenever I use lists inside multiple tabs, every list except the first one is more aligned to the left than it should. Here's an example on a page I edited today.
Apparently someone else had this problem and posted it on the tabber talk page, but I don't know if the Fandom team actually noticed that. I've also fixed it by adding and empty line between the second tabber and the list, but I'd rather not have to do it for every page that has this, so I'm open to any solutions involving CSS.

Can you please share a link to your page? I'm wondering why it even displays a bullet for you.
It's clearly a bug. You should report it.
However, the tabber extension Fandom is using is a MediaWiki thing and was replaced by a new extension "TabberNeue". So perhaps they might not fix this but use the new version with the next MediaWiki update, whenever that will happen.
As you can see on my sandbox here, without an empty line the <ul> tag is missing in the html output produced for lists in all tabs but the first one.
I can't think of an easy way to really fix this with css ("really" as in: a nice & clean solution).
However, this would somehow work, but it's a pretty dirty hack so I can't really recommend it:

This is how it looks for me, no list-formatting (bullets) at all.
I actually expected this. Seems to depend on the browser if the bullet is even displayed without <ul>.
