When someone under 13 gets banned, do they get un-banned when they eventually turn 13?

I have a friend (We fought before, but now we've made up) who was banned from being under 13, but they have now met the age requirement, but I don't see signs of their account being active again

So is it possible for someone to be un-banned when they have met the age requirement?

Anyone who has been reported to Fandom staff for being under 13 years old has had their account disabled.

If it was a local block, they can try to appeal to their blocking admin on that admin's message wall on Community Central.

If they are globally blocked, they have to appeal to Fandom support.

If their account was disabled, they have to create a new account.

Yes, it is. They would have to file an appeal. Also, if the underage user specifies their age, the mods usually just ban them for the amount of years they have until they turn 13.
