Grumpy Ace Attorney Wiki admin here today with another complaint that may be too complex for this forum, I dunno. Or maybe things will be different this time because my topic here isn't about technical sauce but about the forums. Put simply, I don't know what to do with it. It's simply filled with people who mainly annoy each other and then report each other to moderation, except most reported posts don't do anything particularly bad, other than annoying seemingly everybody else who bothers to use the forums. Then, because most reported posts aren't acted on, they act like the forum is a free-for-all, but mostly it just means they get more annoying.

I guess I'd have an idea of how I'd moderate a general forum under different circumstances. However, the forums on Fandom just feel like they serve no purpose, and have been essentially foisted upon every wiki regardless of whether the regulars have the desire or capacity to develop a forum community.
