The adoption request form does not autocheck that you have met the adoption criteria. That has to be done manually by a Fandom staff member. As such, you are most likely getting this message due to a technical issue/bug. Could you elaborate a bit more on how you are submitting this request and at what point you get this message? For example, are you using the mobile or desktop layout? Are you getting the error when you try to access the form or when you try to submit it? Are you sure your device isn't have connection issues?

I'm not having any connection issues at all, I was using the Adoption:Requests page "Adopt" form and it won't let me submit it.

Adoption requests are limited to 1 attempt per day (even if it is not in the right format) and it seems your first attempt was not made through the adoption form on the requests page, but instead copy/pasted an old adoption request. You can try again in 22 hours

I thought I could still use the original way of creating a adoption form.
