New underaged user

So, there is this underaged user by the name of “Josiah Castro”, who recently created the wiki “CTV Broadcast Archives Wiki”. So, on his YouTube channel “TiVoJosiah12”, he claims to be born in January 2010, so he is currently 12. But, a user on Fandom being 12 isn’t the minimum age to have a Fandom account. Since 2019 or earlier, you have to be at least 13 to have a Fandom account, so the said user needs to be blocked for 1 year as soon as possible. If you have any comments, then please reply. Thanks,

Also, posting a minor’s personal information isn’t really necessary. The point of COPPA is to protect them.

I am only afraid FANDOM staff wouldn't take into account inofrmation that is located outside of FANDOM itself. Meaning, it'd be good if you have evidence that he stated his age somewhere on FANDOM rather than outside of it.
