Been trying to modify some of the infoboxes on the wiki I run. Some of them were already there when I got on the team, and others were created from scratch by a recent member I have on board for technical help.
When I open the page of the infobox, depending on which infobox it is, I am either redirected to source edition (with no other option), OR the infobox editor tool opens (with the edit source option not being there). This is an issue because I have not managed to nail down why this happens, and both editors are useful. For some boxes, I wish to reorder the fields which is much easier done in the infobox editor proper, and more importantly without the source editor, I am unable to modify field input labels.

While I cannot be 100% sure, it seems that premade ones are all source editor only, and custom made ones are all infobox editor only. My co-editor is having the same issue on his end.
Here's what it looks like. Premade:
And homemade:
Clicking on "edit source" in the meatballs menu next to the edit button refreshs the page, changing nothing.
I do not know where the premade ones come from and who added them, as the previous wiki admin has been absent for years, and we just took over as a new team mere months ago.
If you have any information on this issue, please come forwards. Thank you!
