If the site was deleted more than a month ago, then the answer is no. If it was deleted within the past month, then you should see database dump links when you try to visit the wiki. That said, based on the name, I am guessing you are talking about the type of site discussed on the thread Muchos linked to. Even if those sites were converted to the current platform and only recently deleted, you would not be able to get the content in its original form. The platform used for those types of sites was completely different from both the older wiki platform and the current wiki platform.
