Today's release highlights include:
Improved the visibility of gallery captions.
Fixed missing translations for user group tooltips.
Improved editor behaviour on Chinese-language wikis ("zh" only, does not include "zh-*").
Cleaned up some files that Theme Designer incorrectly added on some wikis last year.
We will soon be running a script to remove the long-retired "chat moderator" group from users who still have it.
