That takes care of the one at the bottom but there is also the issue of the one about mid-way down that page. That is caused by the MPslider template which has similar coding in its table in addition to not properly closing the table. Actually, I noticed more than a few issues when looking through the templates. But to resolve the issue at hand, if the table at the bottom is not needed, remove it as ThunderGod95 suggested. If it is needed, change width:200% to width:100%. Similarly, change the width of the table in the MPslider template and make sure to close it by adding |} to the end of the template. width:200% sets the width of the table to 2x the available space which forces it to overflow and triggers the sliders. Changing it to width:100% sets the width to simply the full available space thus avoiding overflow and the sliders. Also, in my experience, the are commonly called scroll bars, not sliders.
