I had a problem with my wiki and fandom's theme

Hi i have a problem with the new fandom theme...

I made my wiki and:

It always close for inactivity even if we're active
My cousin made a wiki now but with the new them when we're signed out we see a background that isn't wiki's one.

How can we don't have the new theme of fandom? Pls answer if its possible

If your wiki is "active" as you said, contact FANDOM to discuss the closure: https://fandom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

The new FANDOM theme could be opted-in in your preferences' "Appearance" tab

We can't help you if you don't give us a link to the wiki with the problem.

Also, unless you specifically describe what "active" means, what you think of as active may not count to FANDOM. They consider comments, Discussions, message walls, etc. not activity that can prevent wiki closure. See: https://community.fandom.com/wiki/Closed
