Problem on FandomDesktop, hlist class not horizontal in TOC's.
Problem on FandomDesktop, hlist class not horizontal in TOC's.
I have some time until the twelth bellring of sunday midnight :)
Okay look, I am literally lost in all those CSS rules jumbled on top of each other. It looks like your horizontal TOC itself isn't working and it's not horizontal anymore (even though it was a few days ago), but the noparens does work and it removes the parenthese. Do you have an example that shows otherwise?
Still this: https://gma-network.fandom.com/wiki/Template:Horizontal_TOC/example/noparens
I literally want to hide ")" the closing parentheses symbol when the noparens parameter in {{horizontal TOC}} is set to yes.
There is no live example on that page, it's just the explanation. Do you have a live example?
That one is a live example.
How? I don't see any actual ToC there.
I'm talking about this actual TOC.
Ah I see, hidden in the middle of the page :D
Remove the space between .horizontal-toc-no-parens and .hlist
And pleeeeeeease at least remove those CSS rules that are literally duplicates of each other.
Pls use preformatted text for the CSS rules that are literally duplicates of each other in typing those. I didn't know which CSS rules are duplicates, though I separated the hlist CSS in MediaWiki:Wikia.css for Oasis and MediaWiki:Fandomdesktop.css for FandomDesktop.
Duplicates are those that are exactly identical, letter to letter. I have spotted this:
.horizontal-toc-no-parens.hlist .toc li li:last-child:after {
content: "";
}
.horizontal-toc-no-parens.hlist .toc li li:last-child:after {
content: "";
}
There are others that are practically duplicates by what they do, but I get that it may be complicated to spot them and requires experience. That's why I suggested to at least check for identicals.
This time for the main Flatlist template at https://gma-network.fandom.com/wiki/Template:Flatlist
How can you insert bullets between entries so that
*1
*2
*3
*4
Won't look like "1 2 3 4", now that my main Horizontal TOC template in the FandomDesktop skin has no bullets looking like the Wikipedia mobile TOC, and the Oasis TOC looks like the Wikipedia desktop TOC with bullets between entries?
What do you think?
