FandomDesktop
Import the code to Fandomdesktop.css, or Common.css for it to work.
Try both, it depends on each person. But Oasis is going to be gone anyways
I'm currently using FandomDesktop! It's honestly grown on me and being able to make full use of dark mode has really helped me. Same with being able to have a larger content area; my eyes wander if the background is too busy, if you understand what I mean. FD is actually really good for me.
Fandom desktop to get used to it, but I prefer oasis. Dark mode is useful to some, like SnowedLightning, but affects my vision negatively for myself. I had used the dark/light mode toggle in order to style infoboxes for a wiki, and dark mode was... let's simply put it as an eyesore.
There are some smaller things that bother me that are better fixed with Oasis, but it looks like I'll have to accept UCX.
FandomDesktop
Okay people, I have come to a decision. I will design my wiki optimized for FandomDesktop, as I suspect that Fandom is trying to give all of Fandom a whole new look. We need to be ready for the change, ya know?
FD is okay, editing is easier on my phone but two drawbacks, are that the indicator that shows how many pages there are in a wiki is gone. I like to see how many pages there are, it shows how active and popular a certain wiki is. Second one of my favorite wiki's background wall was changed into a bland blue design and I don't like it. Also just recently, the pages got condensed and it made everything hard. I hope this problems will be fixed soon. I do like FD and would continue using it but if the problems, I've mentioned above don't get fixed particularly the weirdly condensed version it is now, it's going to cause difficulties for me using Fandom.
This is what, I mean by condensed.
@CalvinKalisto FD is not designed for mobile use (hence the name FandomDesktop), use the mobile skin
@Headquarter8302 I see, thank you.
I switched back to OasisDefault but maybe I give the other one a chance again at some Time :)
What do you think?
