Probably not unless the person says information about their life. If someone else's personal information is revealed without permission, it could lead to consequences which is how you could get banned or simply blocked.

If the person is old enough and wants them to then I think that's ok. However, if the user is young and/or someone wants them to do it then it might be bad.

There's no punishment of face revealing when young... if under 13 you might be found out, or you have the risk of being child predator'd

It's not recommended to be done, although, I am not sure It's against the rules. I have seen some face reveals, but choose not to do it. Its kind of your opinion. On the rules it doesn't say "DO NOT DO IT". It just says something around the lines of "Do it if you want, although it isn't recommended. Think twice before you post personal info".
