Just to make sure it is clear, this is a place to get help from peers. There is nothing we can do about promoting users on other wikis. Also, it makes no sense for users to be able to "re-promote" themselves. If that were the case, what would stop them from just promoting themselves the first time around?

Alright. I've never tried to see if re-promoting worked as an admin.

If you are already an admin, why do you need separate moderator rights? You already have them.
