The wiki was closed, therefore your friend can no longer access it. They can contact fandom if they want to request to reopen the wiki (If they were a admin on the wiki.)

Generally, the content on the wiki can still be accessed until up to a month(?) after a wiki is closed (for example through the links on that page), so technically, the wiki hasn't been deleted (yet). Currently, no one can access the wiki, so its access has been closed off. As mentioned earlier, you can read more about it in my previous reply
