Hello! How would you add Common.css to a wiki in addition to Mediawiki: Wikia.css? Do you have to contact FANDOM?
There is no Mediawiki.css
There is MediaWiki:Common.css and MediaWiki:Wikia.css
You can just create a new page with this name.

FYI, you can name any CSS page you want (ex. MediaWiki:Andrewds1021.css). It is just that only some are automatically imported. The others you have to import using a CSS import statement.
