Special:ListAdmins not showing admins

So I went to Special:ListAdmins on this wiki I'm on but it didn't show any users, even though I know there is at least one admin who edited on 25 May 2020 (over 300 days ago). Do they not count because it's been so long?

Context: I'm looking to adopt this wiki and I'm not sure if I should include them in the "On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it?" question. I suppose I could include them in the "other information" section though.

Special:ListAdmins just leads to Special:ListUsers/sysop.

By default, Special:ListUsers shows only users who made at least 5 edits. You should be able to change that on the page, but due to a bug, any change will drop the filtering to admins.

I think you should mention that admin, but it doesn't really matter on what part.

I put Special:ListAdmins in the url but it just redirects me to Special:ListUsers/sysop yeah. I don't know why.

It makes sense that the admin isn't on there then because they've only made two edits.

It redirects there because that is what it is supposed to do; as HumansCanEWinElves explained. The reason you can't access a list of admins the same way you can for the other groups is because the page is bugged. There is a way around it but that isn't necessary in this case. If you simply list all users, you see there are only 4: the inactive admin, you, Fandom's wiki creation bot, and FireFlows. By the way, you may want to discuss this with FireFlows to make sure they are okay with you being the one to take over the wiki.

Ah, thank you! I was confused as to whether HumansCanWinElves thought I made and error of if they were pointing it out to me. Thanks for clarifying.

I'm not sure how to list all of the users, though. I can only ever get the Special:ListUsers page to list me and the Fandom bot.

And yes, I have discussed this with FireFlows. They brought up the topic of adoption first actually ;) I'll be sure to link that conversation in the application as well.

Okay. That is perfect then. Based on what you have told us, you should be all set for the adoption. And yes, including a link to that discussion with FireFlows would be a good idea.

As for listing all users:

Go to Special:ListUsers
In the groups list, make sure all groups are checked. In the lower-right of the list, there is a deselect/select all button you can use.
Below that, there should be 3 dropdowns and a button
In the right-most dropdown, select "all users"
Click the button
