What kind of questions are you asking them first of all?

Mostly simple questions about fandom ToS, the UCP when it rolled out, or direct questions to topics they brought up in the first place. In almost all cases, they assured us they are the one we should talk to, but their replies were always feeling like they weren't reading our questions before responding. That ends in us having to manually ask staff again which defeats the purpose of them being a representative

The reasons are not really something that was the point of my topic though. I'm just curious if the possibility exists

Are they not giving you the answers you want or are they completely neglecting your questions?

Obviously I'm not here to publicly discuss details and as I already stated, I am just interested in the answer of whether or not a wiki manager can be replaced, seeing as there is no info on that anywhere on help articles. In the end, fandom staff would be the judge anyway, but asking before sending a ticket was worth a shot
