I changed the title of your post so users who may know more about it can actually respond to it without going through all the posts in discussions. In general, you can check your preferences to see if your email address is correct. If it is, check your spam folders (or any other folders your mailbox may have). If you still don't get a mail, send in a ticket through https://fandom.zendesk.com to report it to staff.
