Did you link to the wrong wiki? I don't see anything problematic with that main page and the last edit was in 2018.

Well, from what I can tell, it looks like it was just a few edits back in January. You are right that none of the admins have been around since December 2020 but it looks like @Superwatery has admin (though it looks like it may have been to just help with something) and they are still active on Fandom. It is possible that the other admins are also still active on Fandom, just not that wiki. In the future, it would be better to try contacting the admins first. No one here can really do anything about it.
